1. Client Commitment & Confidentiality
We protect client confidentiality as a sacred trust
All client information — business processes, financial data, strategic plans, and personal data — is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We never disclose confidential information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
We deliver what we promise — no overpromising, no underdelivering
Our proposals, timelines, and commitments are made in good faith and based on realistic assessments. We communicate proactively if circumstances change, and we never hide issues or delays.
DO:
- Use NDAs and data protection agreements as standard practice
- Store client data securely with encryption and access controls
- Inform clients immediately of any security concerns or breaches
- Provide honest assessments of project feasibility and timelines
DON'T:
- Share client information with third parties without consent
- Use client data for personal gain or competitive advantage
- Exaggerate capabilities or make unrealistic promises
- Hide problems or delays in project delivery
2. Professional Excellence & Integrity
We maintain the highest standards of technical and professional competence
We continuously update our skills through training, certification, and hands-on experience. We never claim expertise we don't possess, and we always seek help or additional resources when needed to deliver quality work.
We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose them transparently
We disclose any personal, financial, or professional interests that could influence our judgment or actions. We recuse ourselves from decisions where a conflict exists, and we never allow personal gain to compromise professional judgment.
DO:
- Pursue relevant certifications and ongoing education
- Be honest about limitations and seek expertise when needed
- Disclose potential conflicts before they become issues
- Prioritize client interests over personal data security and privacy in all technical decisions
DON'T:
- Claim expertise in areas where we lack sufficient experience
- Accept gifts or favors that could influence professional judgment
- Engage in practices that compromise data security or privacy
- Allow personal relationships to override professional obligations
3. Respectful & Inclusive Workplace
We foster a workplace of mutual respect, dignity, and inclusion
We treat everyone — clients, partners, teammates, and vendors — with respect regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, or background. We value diverse perspectives and create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
We maintain zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action. We provide safe channels for reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.
DO:

4. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We adhere to UAE labor laws, data protection regulations, intellectual property rights, tax obligations, and all other legal requirements governing our business operations. We stay informed about regulatory changes that affect our industry.
We respect intellectual property rights and give credit where due
We honor software licenses, respect copyrights, and properly attribute open-source components. We do not engage in software piracy or unauthorized use of proprietary technology.
DO:
- Stay current on UAE labor laws, data protection (PDPL), and tax regulations
- Use only properly licensed software and tools
- Respect copyright and intellectual property of others
- Report and pay all applicable taxes accurately and on time
DON'T:
- Violate UAE labor laws or data protection regulations
- Use unlicensed or pirated software
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Engage in tax evasion or financial misrepresentation
5. Community & Environmental Responsibility
We contribute positively to the UAE community and environment
We seek opportunities to give back to the community through volunteering, mentorship, and supporting local initiatives. We minimize our environmental footprint through responsible resource use and waste reduction.
DO:
- Participate in community service and mentorship programs
- Reduce paper usage and implement recycling in our offices

- Consider environmental impact in business decisions
DON'T:
- Engage in activities that harm the community or environment
- Ignore opportunities to contribute positively to society
- Waste resources unnecessarily when sustainable alternatives exist
- Avoid responsibility for our environmental impact
This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives of SGC TECH AI.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
