The core toolkit
As a trainee you will primarily use two systems: Odoo (your workspace) and your company email. As you progress you will add the CRM and AI sales tools used for calls, meetings, and reporting.
How you get access
- Register in Odoo with your Gmail during onboarding.
- Company email and full Odoo credentials are issued automatically after you pass the Roleplay Arena.
- Credentials arrive in your personal Gmail inbox.
Note: access is progressive — new tools unlock as you complete each stage of the program.
