1. Currently UAE-based with valid own residency visa. Confirm visa type. If candidate is "in
process," "transferring," or "needs sponsorship" → REJECT.
2. Minimum 1 year of B2B sales / telesales / inside sales / recruitment-consultant
experience in any market (UAE preferred). Pure B2C retail, hospitality, or call-centre
customer-service does NOT count.
3. Fluent professional English — can hold a 5-minute conversation with a UAE business
owner without struggle.
4. CRM-literate — has used at least one CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, Bitrix,
Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for ≥ 6 months. Must name the system, not
just say "yes I used CRM."
5. Accepts the base of AED 2,000–3,000 after hearing the full lure + commission
structure. No "but I was earning 8K elsewhere" arguments.
6. Available to start within 2 weeks of trial pass. Not "after I finish my notice in 3
months."
7. Willing to come to office Sun–Thu, 9–6, for both trial and ongoing role. Not negotiable
as remote or hybrid
