When you get it
Your company email address is created automatically once you pass the Roleplay Arena — the final challenge in the AI sales phase. This is part of your credential package.
How to use it
- Use it for all client and internal work communication.
- Check it regularly — meeting invitations and approvals arrive here.
- Treat the mailbox as professional: clear subject lines, proper greetings, no spam.
Security
- Never share your email password.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Report any suspicious email to your manager immediately.
Remember: your email address and Odoo login are issued together after passing the challenge — both are part of the same credential grant.
