Raising Concerns

If you see something wrong, say something. Reporting protects everyone — including you.

What to report

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect
  • Suspected fraud, dishonesty, or misuse of company resources
  • Data leaks or security incidents
  • Anything that feels wrong, even if you cannot name it

How to report

  • Start with your direct manager or supervisor.
  • If that is not possible, escalate to HR or a senior leader.
  • Reports are treated seriously and investigated confidentially.

No retaliation

Raising a concern in good faith will never be held against you. Retaliation against someone who reports an issue is itself a violation of policy.

Remember: silence helps the problem grow. Reporting early keeps the workplace safe for everyone.
